Please be aware that there is a time lag of a few weeks between a hospital stay, outpatient visit or clinic visit and the posting of your bill. If you have received a UnityPoint Health bill or statement, you may pay it through this web portal. If you wish to pay an account, but have not yet received a bill, please contact UnityPoint Health billing department customer service at 515-362-5111 or call 1-888-343-4165 and select option 4.
